このページは、特定商取引法に基づく表記です。当社が消費者の方に行う、アプリなどのデジタルコンテンツの販売と、AI導入コンサルティングその他の役務に適用します。個別の契約書があるときは、その契約が優先します。英語は参考のための翻訳です。正文は日本語です。

販売する役務・商品	アプリなどのデジタルコンテンツの販売、およびAI導入コンサルティング
販売価格	各販売ページ、またはお見積書に記載します。税込か税別かは、そのページまたは見積書に示します。
商品代金以外の必要料金	インターネット接続に必要な通信料は、お客様の負担です。銀行振込の手数料は、お客様の負担です。出張や、有料の外部サービスなど、別に費用が必要なときは、見積書に記載します。
支払方法	販売プラットフォームを通じて提供する場合は、そのプラットフォームが定める方法です。iOSアプリでは、App Store の決済を含みます。当社と直接契約する場合は、銀行振込です。
支払時期	プラットフォームを通じて購入する場合は、そのプラットフォームの定めによります。通常は、購入の手続のときです。銀行振込の場合は、請求書に記載した期日までです。
提供時期	デジタルコンテンツは、購入手続の完了後、直ちに、または各販売ページに記載した時期に提供します。コンサルティングは、契約または見積書で定めた日程で実施します。成果物があるときは、合意した納品日にお渡しします。
返品・キャンセル	デジタルコンテンツ（アプリの有料機能や、ダウンロードして受け取るデータを含みます）は、提供を始めたあと、お客様の都合による返品・返金を受け付けません。App Store などの販売プラットフォームを通じた購入のキャンセルと返金は、そのプラットフォームの手続によります。App Store の場合は、Apple の案内（https://reportaproblem.apple.com/）に従ってください。当社が直接販売し、まだ提供を始めていないものに限り、メールでのキャンセルを受け付けます。コンサルティングその他の役務は、当社が着手する前であれば、キャンセルのメールを当社が確認した時点で終了します。その時点までに生じた実費があるときは、その額をお支払いいただきます。着手したあとに終了するときは、実施した範囲の対価と、終了に要する費用をお支払いいただきます。契約書または見積書に別の定めがあるときは、その定めが優先します。
動作環境	アプリの動作環境は、各販売ページに記載します。Webで提供するサービスは、各ページに記載したブラウザでの利用を想定します。コンサルティングは、メールとオンライン会議を使います。特別な機器が必要なときは、見積書に記載します。
申込みの有効期限	見積書に記載します。販売ページで期間を限るときは、そのページに記載します。
不具合・契約との不一致	当社の責による不具合、または契約の内容との重大な不一致があるときは、[email protected] までメールでご連絡ください。確認のうえ、修正、再実施、その他の合理的な対応をします。

This page is the notice required under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act. It applies when we sell digital content such as apps, and when we provide AI adoption consulting or other services, to consumers. If a separate contract exists, that contract prevails.

Price	Shown on each sales page, or on the quotation. That page or quotation states whether tax is included.
Charges besides the price	You pay the cost of your internet connection. You pay bank-transfer fees. If another cost is needed, such as travel or a paid external service, it is written on the quotation.
How to pay	For a sale through a platform, you pay by the method that platform sets. For an iOS app, that includes App Store payment. For a contract made with us directly, you pay by bank transfer.
When payment is due	For a platform purchase, when that platform requires it, usually at the time of purchase. For a bank transfer, by the date on the invoice.
When we deliver	Digital content is provided immediately after the purchase is complete, or at the time stated on the sales page. Consulting is carried out on the schedule in the contract or quotation. A deliverable is handed over on the agreed date.
Returns and cancellation	After we start providing digital content (including paid features in an app, and data you download), we do not accept a return or a refund because you changed your mind. Cancellation and refunds for a purchase made through a platform, such as the App Store, follow that platform's process. For the App Store, use Apple's process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/. If we sell to you directly and have not started providing it, you may cancel by email. For consulting and other services, if we have not started, the work ends when we confirm your cancellation email. You pay any out-of-pocket costs already incurred. If the work ends after we have started, you pay for the part already done and for the cost of stopping. A different term in a contract or quotation prevails.
System requirements	Each app's requirements are on its sales page. A service offered on the web is meant to be used in the browsers named on its page. Consulting uses email and online meetings. If special equipment is required, the quotation says so.
How long an offer stays open	Stated on the quotation. If a sales page limits the period, that page says so.
Defects	If something we are responsible for is defective, or a deliverable seriously differs from the contract, email [email protected]. We will check, then correct it, redo it, or take another reasonable step.
